Prior to meeting Clement, we were staying in a 5 room flat and very interested to buy a condo and upgrade our lifestyle but we are not sure how to go about it as we are bothered by the 2nd loan which is below 80% and also the 7% ABSD issue for the 2nd purchase.

We are currently staying in a 2 bedroom Condo and we have witnessed strong rental demands from our area.

We planned a 10years horizon to fully pay this house before we proceed for the next purchase so as to qualify for a 80% loan. Both of us has also contemplate with the ABSD as well.
